Autopartsway Beware of this company Bronx New York Internet

I had ordered a front right window motor for my Lexus. I received the wrong side, and I am 100% sure I had ordered the right part. The seller stated that it was my fault. Fine. I sent the part back for a refund, and they stated there was a 20% restocking fee. Awesome! My part costed me $161.19 and 20% of this amount is about $128. These people only issued me $120.98! Furthermore, they sat on my refund for 13 days. They received my part on the 4th of April, and I had to remind them on the 17th to issue me a refund!  Are they not embarrassed to do this to someone? I've sent them emails asking why my refund was shorted, and no one has had the decency to reply. It's bad enough they are charging you such a high restocking fee to then find out they helped themselves to even more of your money! The audacity of them to charge me 20% when they sat on my refund for 13 days! Don't do business with this company! They are clearly unethical and don't care about their customers!
