AutopartsWAY Will not refund for a product I never received Internet

I ordered, they shipped to the incorrect address even though they had they correct one in my confirmation email.
FedEx could not deliver.
autopartsway would not refund me until they got the item back and told me I need to contact FedEx myself.
I left negative feedback on amazon.com
They wrote me to tell me that they got the package back from FedEx but that they would not refund money until I removed negative feedback, stating that that Amazon locked them out due to the negative feedback.
Amazon says this is not the case and that they are not allowed to manipulate feedback.
Now they say they never got the item back.
No wonder they make money. They get your money and keep the product.

I filed a complaint with the BBB. Their response was that I gave them the wrong address. I cant believe they felt the need to lie to the BBB! I have proof that they had the right address and that they confirmed it with me prior to shipping. Funny that first they blamed Amazon, then FedEx, and now they changed to blaming me.....because they cant address a package.
This was their last direct email to me....it made me laugh that they banned me from their website... like Im going to shop there again????

Dear Customer,

Amazon will not refund you unless we approve it. We approved your refund therefore you were refunded.

You are really the funniest customer we ever dealt with. FedEx can't find your address, so instead of calling them and spending 2 minutes on the phone to get your item, you file 3 complains, leave negative feedback for no reason, and write about 15 emails. Looks like you are having very many problems in life. Hard not to if you keep creating them.

In any event, you got your refund, you will most likely get the book as well, you ripped us off and you left negative feedback for it. You are forever banned from our website and we don't ever want to hear from a person of your character.
