Autumn Ridge Nursery Delivered dead trees, Refuses to communicate, Phone now disconnected. Mc Minnville Tennessee

I ordered 5 trees ($26.45) in April to be delivered within 72 hours. The trees arrived two weeks later, three of them dead. I immediately went to their website and complained, receiving no response.

I waited one month and repeated the process - still no response. I finally received an e-mail stating that due to a death in the family, e-mails were not being answered.

I waited a month again and repeated my complaint & still received no response. After another week, I accessed their website which simply says they are not taking orders at this time. I found the phone number thru the BBB, called and the number is no longer in service.
