Autumn Ridge Nursery BEWARE of Autumn Ridge Nursery late deliveries, dried up plants, and fradulant website. Mcminnville Tennessee

On may 3, 2008 I placed an online order for 100 hedges with autumn ridge nursery. totalling $150. delivery was to be made on friday May 9, 2008. No delivery. I called them No answer. ( I called all day long and each time I had a chance to call still no answer. I emailed them no answer. my delivery was already two weeks late.

on May 16, I got a confirmation that my order had shipped. today Tuesday May 20th I finally received my order. It was one bundle of dried up sticks!! that was not the picture on the internet.

I called them and to my surprise they answered.
I told them that I am not happy with the delivery and the bundle of dried up sticks is not what I ordered. He said, they are not dried they are dormant.
they were wrapped in wet newspaper, with the roots all dried up.

I have already put in a complaint with the Tennessee Consumers Affairs.
this company should not be in business.
