Never buy plants from Autumn Ridge Nursery. Their guarantees are lies. They have poor customer service and send inferior plants, DEAD. The shipment was delayed and I called several times wondering what happened. I called the same day we received the shipment and said they were dead. They told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I told them we had an orchard which was planted with rootstock so I had the experience to tell a dead tree from a live one.

I was a push over and planted the dead trees. They obviously didn't grow. I called again and they said they stopped shipping trees and should call in the fall. I called in the fall and they sent me a replacement order form, but I would have to pay half the original cost and shipping.

Obviously I was mad and tried to call the nursery. No answer. I then "googled" Autumn Ridge Nursery reviews and found your web site. I now know that we are not alone with our problem.
