Avila SCAM!!! Internet

When I 1st purchased the serum I noticed they also charged me for a bottle of moisturizer I did not order. The 2nd bottle was for $6.95 so I decided not to dispute and just let it be. I happened to check my bank account after about 5 days of receiving the products and noticed I was charged $98.41. I immediately called the number on my bank statement. The representitive told me it was a montly membership and I had until the 14th to cancel the membership.

Conviently for them I discovered the charge on the 19th of the month. It was not listed on the website that it was a monthly membership that would cost $98 per month nor was it listed any where I had to cancel within 14 days. I informed the representitive of this and asked if I could just return the product. He proceeded to tell me they do not accept opened products. I asked the rep if they could just prorate the charge since only a small portion was used. He informed me they could not. I next asked if I could speak to a supervisor. He continued to tell me they do not have a supervisor available. As I was asking when would one be available the representitive hung-up the phone on me. I re-dialed the number and got a female representitive the next time. She continued to tell me the exact message the 1st representitive told me. I asked that she not hang-up the phone and when a supervisor would be available. She then hung-up the telephone as well. 

Please be aware of this company and do not get scammed!
