avila they took more money than i agreed to Internet

went on line an ad pop up free avila ageless serum just pay 4.95 shipping. so i did that checked my account they took 4.95 and 2.95. then later they took 98.41. called them one man said i couldnt get my money back hung up on me. called the bank, said i wanted to disput this she said come to bank. i called them back, a lady talked to me this time said i checked a box saying i would agree to their terms never checked any box their was no box to check a big fat lie she agree to give me back 30 percent back i said still going to bank, then she agree to  50 percent money back i said yes but later tought about it no way want all my money back they stole my money never would of ever agreed to 98 dollars not wotrh it ,cant afford that. they have to be doing this to ohter people. so wrong please help me get my money back if you can thank you clara l. patroski also  she said it would take 5 to 10 days to  get it back not true
