I was quoted a great rate for a rental car online from AVIS. However, when I went to pick up the car which was supposed to be ready at the Kendall location at 8300 Mills Drive; the car was super-dirty. I ended up getting a smaller car, which the manager there said would be cheaper than the price I was quoted -- BUT--super red flag---he didn't have the exact price at the time. (HUH?). I ended up paying more than twice as much as I had been quoted--$100 per day for 5 days for a crappy car PLUS AVIS charged me extra for insurance--I didn't want--and for tolls (WHAT???!!)--even though I paid for tolls through my SUNPASS.
Numerous communications with AVIS complaining about this were a waste of time.
Steer clear of this location. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
