Banana Hobby ordered rc jet plane defective , no support, no return calls, Monterey Park, California

 I purchased a remote control jet plane from Banana Hobby on the INTERNET.It stated on the website
that aircraft was 90% assembled. When I received aircraft,parts were missing,it was more like 75% assembled and what they did assemble was damaged and not usable.
I will start with the missing part .It was the cord that goes from battery charger to outlet.It is not an ordinary cord.It was special for charger.Without cord you cant charge battery. The second problem was The cable from servo to tail wing would bind and would not operate. They tell you it comes with a manual and instructions to put jet together.
First off,The manual had "pictures" on how to put the rest of the plane together.When I tell you the "pictures" were blurred "app" looking picture.I tried with a magnifier to try and see if I could figure out the picture and could not make anything out.
 I emailed BANANA HOBBY and received no response..I called and was lucky enough to get someone.I explained the problems I was having trying to put jet together,and he told me he had a better manual he would email it to me. Turns out it was SAME manual I had. I then try calling , emailing to get help with other problems I mentioned,and never received an email or phone call.
At this point I'm fed up,call credit card company explain to them what the situation was and the rep. asked if it would be OK if she called them..I said please be my guest..The first number she called was a residential number not belonging to BANANA HOBBY.The second number she called ,she got NO ANSWER.
With that,the rep from credit card co. told me that she would credit my account and to hold on to plane,in case BANANA HOBBY decided to return call and ask for plane back.I decided to return plane anyway.
 When BANANA HOBBY found they weren't being paid,they decided to get in touch with me.I told them I returned plane.They contacted credit card company and somehow 2months after the fact reversed credit I was given and paid BANANA HOBBY
 So now I sit waiting for them to get in touch with me and make good on the $185.00 purchase I made and have nothing to show for it.
 BOTTOM LINE....STAY AWAY FROM BANANA HOBBY I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED THEM UP ON RIP OFF AND OTHER CONSUMER SITES LIKE THIS BEFORE I DEALT WITH THEM
