If you have a mortgage with Bank of America, check your statements from November 2009 onwards.  This may just be a one time error, but I have noticed that the interest they are charging me for my mortgage loan is overhcharged at between $2.00 to $4.00 each month.

This overcharge started in November 2009.  Before November 2009, the interest computation was 100% correct to the last penny.

If this overcharge is true for all the loans they're servicing, then just imagine $2.00 multipied by over a million loans each month !!!  That means they have been overstating their income by millions of dollars each quarter !

I have brought this up to their attention.  I honestly hope for their sake and for our country's economy that mine is an isolated case.
