Bank of America Fraud, Harassmsnt and Adjusting my Fix rate motrgage rate Charlotte North Carolina

I must tell you Bank of America harassed me so badly, and caused me to foreclose on my home. I lost my job and called them to explain my situation, and I wasn't behind in payments at that point. Our mortgage went up by $600 a month and when we complained they said it was for escrow that increased, only to learn after three years, they adjusted our FIXED RATE MORTGAGE by .6% and I asked for assistance while I was out of work and submitted paperwork over 8 times to they kept on losing it. Never the less, I found a new job and I had to borrow $8900 from my father because they were going to foreclose. I went current and then, I started receiving calls from them, harassing us badly at work, cell phone, house phone and even letters.

I then asked for my mortgage to be lowered by the .6% they increased , based on our signed closing statement, and they refused. Now my wife is about to lose her job, and we get notification 3 months in advance. I call Bank of America and advise them what will be happening to our family, and they didn't care. Oboma save a home program came out, and again we submitted paperwork to help us and lost it may times. I was really harassed by getting phone calls on the house phone, call phone and even letters pasted on my front door for all my neighbors to see, in bright orange. I tried to call my case manager, but she was never around and use their escalation based on their email and NO ONE ever is available or calls back in 24 hours as stated in the Voice Mail introduction.

I had to see a therapist because of the harassment I went through.

Needless to say, I lost my home and family because of the stress I went through, because of the financial assistance was never available even through save your home programs, which bank of America said we never qualified for.

Do you know they sold our loan because they finally realized they owed us $34,800 of over payment and I was unable to collect because the sold my mortgage to a new company a debt collection agency.

My story I bet isn't alone. I often wonder if its because I am a white man supporting my disable child, who again even the government has rejected since he was 16 years old, and now he is 24.
