I ran in to a ex customer of Bathfitter in Lowe's dept store.He was wanting to remodel Bathroom said his tub was floating and one wall was peeling back.He decided to come to Lowes to redo project.He thought their was a "lifetime warranty' but he said it was just for the material.Please remember if you have any work done by any one use good judgement check the fine print of a lifetime warranty.I have been told they tell their reps not to emphasize lifetime warranty USE THE WORD LIFETIME but do not give specifics.The word "lifetime"will put the customer at ease.

ADDITIONALLY BEFORE CLOSING DEAL GO TO THEIR SITE AND VISIT THE BACK AREA.TAKE A LOOK AT THE WALLS THEY USE.A better word for the walls is a thin eighth inch SHEET of flexible plastic.The word wall should never be used.Please do not take my word for it go take a look for yourself. I was upset after listening to the man's problem.Bathfitter you should be ashamed of yourself.
