Bayview Loan Servicing ripoff Refused to give detailed accounting of payoff and refund overpaid money Coral Gables Florida

I paid off my mortgage in Oct. 2005, Bayview charged me $40,000.00 more than I should have paid. I have been attempting for over six months to get a detailed accounting of the charges.

I have sent them proof of payments, numerous faxes and phones calls to no avail. Robert Hodapp promises to call back, he never does. Bayview knows they owe me money. My husband and myself are 80 years old and on a fixed income. We had to get a new loan which doubled the amount of our mortgage payment, because Bayview was trying to take our home. This is not only fraud but elderly abuse.
