Bayview Loan Servicing Fraud misuse of funds Coral Gables Nationwide

Monica Feinstein of Bayview Loan Servicing, failed to apply payments to our accounts in a timely manner. She continues to give us different amounts that we owe and refuses to put the amount we owe in writing. She says that it's company's policy not to. I have been over paying the mortgage but she says none of the overpayment shave been applied. We paid over $3,000 last month because she verbally said that amount would catch it up. Today when we called, she says we owe another $1,900 and in her words, "It is what it is."
