Since January 2019 my wife past away and I have been trying to become the successsor to the loan. The property is a joint tenancy and a Cheryl Lofton Senior Vice President has been giving me the run around for the past 2 weeks that she wants to help and all of that BS. These people have ex employees that have been convicted of felony Federal crimes and they are still going.

All they are is a fraud business that rips of money and they cannot spell customer service. These people are criminals, liars and thefts and the Feds need to shut it down. When you complain on a board like this they send you the same stupid email response and if they give you a name they jack you around and do nothing. They have the biggest group in ignorant attorney s working for them.
