I was contacted by Bayview Loan Servicing in regards to refinacing my mortgage. The date of the refinance given to me was November 30, 2016. When the date passed, I recieved no communication about the status of the refinacing from the Bayview Loan Servicing. Bayview Loan Servicing has since held my refinacing in limbo for 3 months. Bayview Loan Servicing does not return phone calls and/or emails.
