  •   The Better Business Bureau is misleading 1,000's of people daily.

  • Did you know the BBB has 13 chapters in Ohio alone?  Why so many?

  • Why do they let people complain about a contractor who did everything to code and according to contract??

  • WHY do they allow these complaints to stand?

  • Why does the BBB take off negative reports for storm-chasers who come in and do buy-outs on local Companies or temporary buyouts?

  • They, the BBB tell me they do not take off reports!!  Lie.

  • Why did I go from a B to an F on two negative reports?

  • Answer:  One full grade deduction for not paying my DUES!!! OR should I say "pay to get a better grade?" Another for a customer who asked for an inspection.  One jerk,  John Breen stated I should pay him $900 for something that is recommended but not code at the state level.   He told me to pay to have a separate contractor  build a cricket behind his chimney.  I said no this is extortion;  he complained to the BBB.

  • These people need to be stopped ASAP.  I am losing business all the time....  This is criminal what this BBB,  so called  company does.

WRAL TV RALEIGH, NC Replied to an intake brief as a disabled veteran for assistances in getting help from a business that has refused to fix defects in a metal building that cost $4, 210.00. Issues was reported numerous times to the business and still refuses to correct them. The business responded four months later and justified their actions to the BBB, DJ, and FTC. Hagerty insurance Essentia insurance company Florida Denied an ACV $340,000 claim on my Lamborghini because the family member driving it at the time is a lifestyle consultant concierge they claimed the car was being used as a rental and had zero proof of this it was my personal vehicle for 20 months all this after took 45 days and I had to give ultimatum to repair my vehicle basically the used bad faith in their decision and intentionally did this bc I called Florida dept of insurance on them and the BBB Traverse city Michigan

Players Pass Website DO NOT do business with this website. Short story in a long line of trying to contact this company. On or around Father's Day I purchased their pass. They gave me receipt and card number. The Card number didn't work. Since then I have tried to contact them and nothing. So far I have sent 6 email contact forms-1phone call and still no contact to fix this. (!) I filed with the BBB and waiting for reply. (2) Filed dispute with CC Company (all with supporting documentation and still no response. AGAIN, what's worse is this was supposed to be a Father's Day gift. So if you want the gift. DO NOT use Players Pass because if you have a conflict, you will not get it resolved.) NOW, I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit and if successful I, will donate the monies to St Jude's Children's Hospital, after expenses. If you or someone you know has had the same problem, please email me with your experience and perhaps, I can use those in supporting documentation for the lawsuit: allamericanfm@gmail.com Thanks AGAIN this company should NOT be in BUSINESS Company Doesn't Resolve Problems

Precious Metal Refining Services Inc. The representative picked a platinum nugget from my collection via some pictures I sent to determine feasibility for fire assay and inside the two week wait we were not contacted at all only to be told the metal was assayed twice and that it contained no precious metal. He then called it a blob so I told him to send it back. They got a BBB review from a lady for selling her information, pulling a mail scam and other things in their reviews and they pulled the same scam on us by selling our information and us getting a bio-hazard fed-ex package left on our doorstep. Beware and they need investigated on many levels for elders information as well as my information and mail fraud. They've apparently stolen metal before too which is funny cause the last refinery I went to did the same thing, broke a piece off and lied. Barrington Illionois
