This card is a total scam. I used mine once for $12 and got a bill for $81 after annual fee and a late charge, even though I just opened the card..

#2 Consumer Suggestion
educate yourself

This is another example of someone who has not taken the time to educate themselves first. Matt, please stop wasting peoples time with something you do not understand. This could have been avoided if you would have taken the time to educate yourself.
I know I use the word educate a lot in this post, but I feel it is warranted. It is your money, or credit standing on the line, it is your responsibility to be prudent with your transactions.
Matt, people like yourself, with the jump first, look later mentality have gotten this country into its current state of affairs. And only through, you guessed it, education, can we hope to avoid this situation in the future.
Please, be a responsible and informed consumer.
Thank you and good day.

You are confused

The Best Buy Reward Zone is not a credit card. When you make a purchase at Best Buy, in store or online, they scan your reward zone tag or you enter your info and you are given credit for that dollar amount of your purchase. After you spend so much money at Best Buy you are given a gift certificate, the most basic is $5 off a purchase, almost like a cash-back incentive from a standard credit card. There is no charge whatsoever involved in the Best Buy Reward Zone program.
Apparently you got mixed up and signed up for a Best Buy credit card, hence the annual and late fee charges.
