BestPriceCameras Bait & Switch Deceptive Advertising Lies and more Lies ripoff New York Internet

I ordered one projector. The next day I received an email from ken@bestpricecameras.com saying he needed for me to call to confirm my order.

When I called, Ken tried to confirm my order for 2 projectors. I said no, I only ordered one which is on my order confirmation. Then he said the projector didn't come with a bulb so if I wanted a bulb I had to pay extra. I told him that was a ripoff.

He claimed he's selling "wholesale" so the product doesn't come with a bulb. I told him the manufacturer sells wholesale and he is selling retail on the internet so the product should be complete with a bulb.

He then said if I wanted to cancel my order he would have to charge me a cancellation fee because he had already charged my credit card for the original order. I said "no way", he was calling to confirm my order right now and I would pay no cancellation fee. After a huge argument, he finally agreed to cancel my order with no cancellation fee.

I called my credit card company and learned that he had lied about having already charged my card. This guy is a CRIMINAL.
