On Aug 23 I order a Canon EOS 5D camera. I called the company to make sure my credit card went through as I wanted the camera to arrive by Labor Day. I called on 27 August Monday to see if it had been shipped. I then received a email from Adam saying that due to excessive sales my order had been cancelled. I called again and after being bounced around and on hold for more that 30 minutes and I was told it was on back order and that I should recieve it in about six weeks. After all these phone calls I decided to check around and found that they are doing business under different names and do a lot of bait and switch. They say customer satisfaction is number one both on the web and on the phone hold info.
