I ordered a projector from best price cameras and received an e-mail to confirm the order. When Ken answered the phone he was as rude as he could possibly be. Then he told me I would need to purchase a bulb for the projector because it didn't come with one. I told him I never heard of that before, and I already have two projectors. He told me he sells at a discount therefore he has to charge for the bulb. I told him I make decisions based upon information presented at the time not after the fact. He then told me I didn't have to like it what do I want to do. I told him I did have to like it and canceled the order. How pricegrabber has them with a positive 5-star rating is beyond me.
