Bethany Group Worst Apartment Managment Company Ever, beware of Bethany Group Houston Texas

Worst ever Apartment management company, very unprofessional, hang up on you when you call them. They refuse to fix anything, have sent written letters and still waiting on response, as I have been doing for 2 years. Recently we have had a burglary a day literally, 6 in 6 days. The manager will not even put a notice out, so that the residents know to keep an eye out and keep their doors locked. Of course if they had fixed the fence ( we've been waiting 4 months), and the gates (we've been waiting for 2 years), we probably wouldn't have had any burglaries.

The management is rude and unprofessional in every way unless your signing a lease that day they are no help at all. In fact after you sign the lease you can go back to ask them something, and they are already treating you like scum. There are 12 neighbors that we have spoken to, who have all the same complaints, we're all signing a petition, writing letters, etc. with no luck at all in fixing this situation, so we are now notifying news stations and we have all decided to move out. They have refused to give any of us phone numbers to the corporate office or the district manager.

Front door keeps falling off because it was installed incorrectly, and we have all these burglaries happening, which is an emergency maintenance issue because all of these my door, the fence, the gate, and the outside lights out, are all security issues, that make our home unsafe, they are supposed to respond 24 hours a day, to immediately fix it, and yet they have had months and years in some cases and still will not fix anything, Bethany group's employees have made it abundantly clear they are not quote "Raising the level of living", as their slogan says. Their real slogan should be "We Just Don't Care".
