On June 16, 2008, our company shipped five air conditioner pans to Telaverde Apartments in Glendale, Arizona, one of the properties managed by Bethany Group. After 4 months, the invoice, still has not been paid.
Numerous phone calls to the Bethany Group regarding payment have gone unanswered. We are simply being ignored. We are unable to speak to anyone in the accounting department and have only been allowed to leave messages regarding this unpaid invoice.
They seem to think it is alright to take goods but not pay for them. They will not even acknowledge they owe this money.
How these people stay in business is beyond me. They do not care if their vendors are paid.
I would use caution when providing products or performing any services for any of the properties managed by Bethany Group.
