BioGeniste and Support@BioGeniste.com I opened up a "free for trying our product" on the Internet. I ordered a sample of wrinkle cream for $4.95 shipping and had to use a credit card. Shocked when my credit card statement arrived with a $89.76 charge and the $4.95. Called the company. They said - you bought the product and could have returned it in 14 days for a refund. I followwed a "free for trying" connection on the Internet Get it Free site.  I ordered a sample of a wrinkle cream from BioGeniste and paid the $4.95 by credit card as required.  I received the sample about 12/19.  When I opened my credit card bill. I was shocked to see not only the $4.95 for shipping but an $89.76 charge from BioGeniste.  I called BioGeniste for an explanation and was curtly told I had purchased the product, that it was not a sample and since I did not return it soon enough, I had bought it.  I said it must be a sample, it's only one oune.  Nope, that's our $89.76 product.  Said I would never have ordered it if I had known.  She argued with me and said there is nothing they can (will) do about it.
