Biotab Nutriceuticals, Money not refunded for returned item! Monrovia California

I ordered a $0.97 trial subscription of this companys (Biotab Nutriceuticals, Inc.) male enhancement product (Extenze Tablets). Without my consent, the company made a $45.41 charge to my credit card. The companys representative said they shipped me a 30 day supply of the product. I informed him that I did not authorize the shipment and that I wanted the money put back into my account. I was informed that I should return the unopened package back to the company for a full refund. Once I received the package, I returned it (unopened) to the company.

As of today's date, 11/28/07, I have not received a refund. The company basically stole my money! I see from the number of complaints on this site that Biotab Nutriceuticals, Inc has been operating its business using a continuing pattern of fraud and deceit. I am advising all individuals that have had any problems with this company to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
