Blooms N Roses Ripoff! I paid and the flowers were never delivered!!!!! Internet, Internet

Blooms N Roses is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered flowers for my friends birthday as a suprise. When I called that evening she had never received them. I called the following day and they said that the flowers were delivered. However nothing was received. I have called over 15 times in the last 4 days trying to speak to a manager or someone who can sort this out, but no one returns my calls. I even e-mailed them but no response! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! By far the worst customer service. The male who answered the phone even hung up on me once. I can see that I am not going to get my money back or any flowers delivered. This is a SCAM!! Don`t even consider using this company it is a joke and should be shut down!!!
