and exactly how much were you paid to make this post in his defense, because I also worked and only know of one person that has been there a year other than jermaine and manny..... other than that no one likes that place... Its all bullshit and if you would've been there longer than two weeks you would've realized what they are really about... and what is up with the "lions den" roll playing is dumb as s**t and they always close the door in ppls faces... even if you do it exactly the way it's supposed to be done... ppl get promoted then demoted if they don't retain their 6-8 sales a week dumbest company i've ever worked for in my life.....

I worked for Blue Lion for 2 weeks. I was just let go today, due to an issue in my background check. I honestly have never worked for a better bunch of guys than here, and I am 48 and worked a lot of jobs. I was paid in full today and Travis also threw in an extra $100 for the sale I made this week. Now mind you, I was suppose to make at least 4 sales this week to earn 400 dollars next week. He didn't have to pay me for this sale, as it didn't meet the quota. Travis , the CEO, is a decent
person, and tries to look out for his people.  All of his trainers and managers are the same. They make sure their people are taken care of. I have nothing but praise for this company and it's staff. I only wish I could have continued to work for them.

And yes, I am posting this on every one of these ripoff reports !!!!
