To all new comers BEWARE: This company used to pay through full commision. Travis Lewis became so cheap he himself told me personally,  "Why pay more ... when people will work for less" so they then changed it to $50 -$100 application. He was right there were plenty of people that would work for cheap.... Felons, Druggies (the only way they passed is every office has a token person who does not smoke that pees in a condom for all the New Hires).  After finding this out, and was having a hard time paying for those commision based employees... he just fired them. Now here is the issue with that.... these were his top producers! So even though he may pay less for these cheap workers... all his offices are failing, the AT&T liasons are upset, and he has no trainers.
