I was so happy to find this web site! I am a former employee of this company and have been ripped off , lied to, and feel completely embaressed to have represented this company. I am truelly sorry to all customers of blue world pools or whatever other names they used. I wish I had figured out what was going on earlier and had never sold one pool for them.

I have no hope of being paid for the sales I made and have lost thousands of dollars on gas and travel expenses. It makes me sick to think that I was a part of this.

The thing I am most upset about is that what I have probably put these customers through by selling them pools from this company. If they rip off their own employess by not paying them I am sure that the customers are being ripped off as well.

I stupidly worked for this company for over 3 months and have to this date recieved not recieved even a 1/10th of my commission. I also worked on the road for this company spending hundreds of dollars a day to run leads hundreds of miles apart across 3-4 states. I kept taking there excuses of why I was getting my money, thinking things happen.

I took another job because I needed to feed my family, since I was not recieving pay and put my notice in of my leaving the compnay. Based on my records they owe me $7-8k,so I felt that when they did get paid, in the promised near future, I would get caught up on my bills. After my last day I was promised some of my commission on the next check to be issued. So when I called to find out how much I would be recieving the true hustler side of their business showed its ugly head.

That's when I was informed my records and theirs were suddenly drastically different --my $7-8,000 turn into $1-2,000. I was also told that deals supposedly fell through--like Anymous in Jacksonville, FL -- had inhouse deductions and so on and so on. Which I have no way of proving one way or another. Unlike, my fellow ripped off Jacksonville co-worker, I worked all my leads, so their lead cost deduction did not apply to my situation. I feel they are basically going to take their time to pay me, when they feel like if they don't have more made up deductions to make. I was thinking it was just happening to me and I was the most nieve person on the planet.

This company lies from the beginning to the end.
I hope that it is true in life that what goes around comes around. If their is anyone else out their ( customers or employees ) please come forward and we can keep this from happening to anyone else.

Well everyone justice is going to be served. Aparently Fox News ran a 2 day Investigative Report on this comapany, and the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission is looking into their practice.

Michael had two options when filing his rebuttal. The first was to actually REBUT the allegations made. The second was to engage in a semi-marketing pitch, semi-red herring argument about complaint volumes.

He chose the second. What does that say about his ability to do the first?

Given the opportunity to refute the reporter's claims, Mike chose not to. Should we thus infer that the allegations in the report are true?

Well Mike.. I hope is is the owner Mike Warren, or is it the person that refused to pay my commissions Mike Smith?. You are right, companies do have complaints, but you have made the Ripoff Report Hall of Fame, you have been on Investigative Reporter in Atlanta, Dallas, Nashville, Orlando, Tulsa, Knoxville, indianapolis, etc. Investigated by the Attorney Generals of Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Arizona, California, Texas.
I don't think Walmart, Bank of America, BBB, or the other companies you are trying to be included with are THAT DIRTY. SHAME ON YOU.

Please remember every company has disatisfied customers or salespeople. Just since this report began on our company we have dealt with approximately 203,183 customers. Of our management team the President has 24 years of pool experience, the Service Manager has 22 years of pool experience, and the Installatio Manager has 9 years of pool experience. We advertise and sell pools priced from $299.00 to over $10,000.00. The customer chooses the pool that best fits their needs. We have sold, installed, and serviced thousands and thousands and thousands of pools. We have hired thousands of salepeople, associates, and installation crews. We have been told by our vendors that we are one of the largest pool dealers in the whole country and we have more safeguards to protect our customers and associates than any other pool company anywhere. No company, including but not limited to , Wal-Mart, Home Depot, General Motors, Bank of America, and Delta Airlines have 100% happy customers or associates. Even the Better Business Bureau has tons of complaints, (See BadBusinessBureau.com). After adding up all the negatives contained in this report we still have over a 99.99% success rate. In comparison to the number of customers and associates we deal with our complaints are miniscule. No company is perfect but we are trying to be.

My wife and I used to work for them in Texas and Louisiana 5 years ago. I now work for an honest construction company. They also ripped us off, however here is your solution.

1. Contact Fox News in your area, and tell them about your experience, and how they have made the TV News in different states including (NC,OK,GA,TX,TN,OH,IN,CA,AZ,FL and so on)This is all public record if you search. They have also had problems with the attorney generals in those same states. Also public record.

2. Georgia records indicate that Michael Warren is president and residence at 895 South Powers court NW, Atlanta, Ga 30327.

3.Florida records indicates that The Pool Depot has a DBA of SCP with location at 10859 Emerald Coast Pkway West, Destin, FL 32541 (This must be his winter home.

4. when we were there the main players (and I am still sure they are still there) were: Michael Warren President/CEO, John Capone (VP), Frank Lovera (Sec/Trea), Mike Smith (accounted), Jim Mertl (trainor), Kevin Fisher (sales manager) and now I understand a new Warren is in the picture (Shawn or sean)..

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH IT... In my case it is too late.
