I cannot believe all the things that i have read here on this site, i wish i had seen this site and read everything before getting into this. When the sales rep, came and feed us this line of b.s. she told us no one had a show pool like this in our area, and would drop the price dramactically, haha, well, come to find out there is a dozen or more that has this pool, But, I was scammed all the way, first off, the sales rep did not tell us we had only 3 days, so, by the time it registered in my head what i was going to purchase this pool for , i called to back out and it was to late, i purchased a 48 by 27 pool for $14,000, and by the time i get done paying for this pool i will pay $40,000.

They have changed their stories from day one. I called and told them there was no way i was gonna purchase a pool for $40,000 and she told me o.k. well to cancel it was going to cost me $4,000. Well, i took the pool cos" i thought there was no backing out. Well, they have installed the pool, no 2 inches of sand like they say because, i have only had the pool 4 days and i have rocks surfacing already, the pump is leaking, and as far as maintence free boy is that a lie! It has costed me $500.00 for water, and $214.00 for chemicals, to start up? I have called them a numerous of times complaining and they are the rudest people i have ever dealt with.

Oh and the biggest catch is on the final contract because you do have to sign 2 of them, they not only charged me $14,000 for the pool they also charge me $6,500.00 for installation(it is suppose to be included) and freight charges. When i called them they gave me the run around. This has been the biggest nightmare of my life, but i intend to getting a lawyer and i will fight to the end. And with all these reports i hope we all can put a end to them, there has got to be some one out there to help!!!

This is just a few things that has happened, there is not enough time or space. JUST DO-NOT PURCHASE FROM BLUE WORLD POOLS,AKA, GLOBAL SUN POOLS,AKA, 5 OTHER NAMES.
