I went to work for Blue World Pools this past spring. I went to work and was very succesful in selling there product. At the time I truly believed I was selling a quality product and was supplying a service for my customers.

the first problem I had with the company was getting paid in a timely manner, I was told that if i was able to sell pools for them i should expect to make between 10,000 to 20,000 per month for about 6 months then go on a cruise with the company and live happily ever after. This lie was the first of many.

theres not enough room on this page to tell you all lies I've seen them perform, but i will tell you about my last day with the company.

I went to an elderly couples home in Huthins Texas, they had called about the 15 X24 Oval pool for $249 they saw on tv so there grand kids could have a place to cool off. I got there and started my bait and switch presentation and 3 hours later we finaly get to prices and payments I tell them that if they agreed to let us use there pool as a show pool the company would discount the pool to 9711 minus 500 down would give them a payment of 236 per month witch is the bottom line price for an 18 round. this couple was on a fixed income and after i set with them trying to help them figure out how they could afford it i found that they had only 70 dollars a month to live on after there bills.

I explained this to the company and they instructed me to right up a contract for what ever number i could and they would change it later. I was told that there property was plenty valueable enough and that if i could get them to sign the dotted line they would be locked in and then they would either have to borrow to pay off the pool or they would lose there home and blue world would come out on top either way

I refused to do this and was fired for it and blue world has refused to pay me my commissions due.
for myself my clients former employees and future customers and employees of blue world pools i would love to be part of any class action law suit to stop this madness
