I have recently returned part of an order. I have used USPS insured mail with delivery confirmation. They have received the merchandise a month ago but they haven't issue a refund. I contacted customer support and they have not replied. I only got an automated email, but no follow up. I have filed a charge back with my credit company. I hope I can get my money back. Be careful when you return an expensive item. They might not issue a refund. Awful experience. Stay away from this website.
