This is only the second time I've tried to order from Bluefly.com, the first time, the package sealed with a handler's number was the wrong order. Just plain wrong.
The second time, while ordering online I couldn't find where to enter a promotional code I'd received. After placing the order and realizing it just cost me the full amount. I emailed to get the discount included on the purchase only to find out the discount didn't qualify. I then asked to cancel the order. They refuse to cancel the order which won't even ship out to me for another 3 days. Not only will they not cancel something that at this point is only an entry in a computer system, I've been informed that if I want to return it I can, for the shipping fee.
Since this item is clearly still in their hands, as a customer I believe they should attempt to cancel the order and not charge me any money. I have tried a CSR, her supervisor and the Customer service manager in their New York office. No results. No accommodations, nothing.

They've just returned a phone call I made, and agree that it is unreasonable to charge someone money for shipping simply because the order is in a computer system, yet still in their hands. I should refuse the delivery, and notes have been made to credit me the entirety of the purchase price.
