Bluefly.com Ripoff Sold Me a Counterfeit Balenciaga Bag Martinsville Virginia

I think people should be aware that Bluefly.com has sold several counterfeit Balenciaga bags in the past weeks. I, myself, purchased a bronze City & was shocked when I received it. It had square bales, the rivets had a slash across the back of them (like a screwdriver notch), the font on the serial tag was wrong, etc.. I am a Balenciaga collector & I know what to look for. This bag was 100% counterfeit!

I am also aware of many other people who ended up with fake Balenciagas from Bluefly. We have all returned our bags & pleaded with Bluefly to investigate their "source" for getting these bags. We have gotten no response other than a form, blanket email that states "Bluefly sells only authentic merchandise". They have not only ignored our concerns, they have placed the returned bags back up for resale AFTER we told them they were not authentic. What's even worse, these bags are being listed on Ebay. People who bought these bags from Bluefly thought they got a great deal on an authentic bag & are listing these bags on Ebay to make a profit. And so the counterfeit bags continue in circulation...

I truly think people need to be aware of this situation. We tried getting resolve with Bluefly but were ignored. This needs to be addressed by SOMEONE! Bluefly cannot get away with this.
