Bluefly.com Is Selling Counterfeit Balenciaga Handbags Virginia

Bluefly.com, a previously reputable company has been selling counterfeit Balenciaga handbags for the last month. There are clear discrepancies between the bags that they are selling and authentic balenciaga bags. I know because I own 8 authentic Balenciaga bags and are able to make comparisons. I have called Customer Service three times to report this and Customer Service continues to deny that there are any issues with the bags. They continue to list for sale additional ones that are clearly fake. Upon enlargement, the photos show incorrect hardware, incorrect hardware coloration on some, incorrect leather, colors that have never been issued by Balenciaga, lack of solder where metal should be soldered and incorrct stitching application on handles.
