I ordered an Gucci Indy suede hobo from bluefly on the 26th July, my order was processed and sent to me and I received it on the 29th July. Upon Receipt, I did not like it and promptly returned it the next day via an enclosed DHL return label. Blue Fly recieved the bag on the 6th August and was updated on their system as "RETURNED" on the 10th of August.

Fast forward to todays day, 10TH SEPTEMBER 2007, I still have not received the $1,200 refund for the bag. I specifically indicated on the return form to refund it to my BILL ME LATER account but whoever was processing returns on their side did not see that and listed me down as a refund on OTHER. FOUR ADDTITIONAL phone calls later on 24th august, 31st, august, 8th sept and todays date and NO DUMMY @ BLUEFLY is able to tell me why I don't have a refund check in the mail (even though I was told I'd have one in the mail)

I have been more than patient with this retarded company and they have not met my consumer needs. I have $1,200 floating in air because some dummy is not doing their job properly.

Still waiting for my refund...

FINALLY HAVE REFUND

I made some additional calls to Bluefly and after suffering at the hands of incompetence from local call centres I decided to call the corporate offices. From there I ended up speaking to the Director of Customer Services herself, Lesley Nelson.

To make a long story short, I spoke to her on monday, and today the 12th of September 2007 I have a check for the full refund amount.

It was a long process, spanning 8 weeks and I'm sure that my first time shopping there will also be my last. My advice to fellow consumers is don't give up and keep fighting for what's yours. If the local offices give you so much BS take it corporate!
