Bobs Discount Furniture Bobs is not honoring the 5 year Goof Proof Plus Warranty and labeling tearing, frame damage and springs popping out of living room set as normal wear and tear
Bobs email response to me -An insoection was done by Bibs Customer care which as per Bobs reads as follows We are very sorry to hear of the concerns with your furniture. I was able to access your account and review the technician report from your visit on November 1st.
You reported to us that your power sofa has seams coming apart at the seats and spring popping out from seat cushions as well. After further inspection, the technician is report the sides of the seat cushions that attach near the arms were ripping at seams and that spring and baring were showing as well.
They did advise this these concerns are not manufacturing defects to occur during production. Bob’s only covers manufacturing defects. We truly want to assist all of our customers but in this case there is nothing we can offer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. - I do believe this is not normal wear and tear!
