Bobs discount Furniture Bad quality furniture not backed by manufacturer Manchester Connecticut

 Let me start off at first the sales personal were very helpful and helped me pick out me and my girlfriends matress and my fathers sofa set. They showed me there sofas and with my limited budget I got the next mattress up from the base model.Tthey offer a 10 year warranty so to me that shows they back the quality of there product (failing to mention something as trivial as a stain would void the warranty). But anyways within 3 months the springs started to cave in so bad that it gave my girlfriend brusies on the hip. I call the store and they sent in a technician approximently three days later. this kid comes in takes a few pictures of my bed and then puts me on the phone with a receptionist telling me that there was no manufactuerer default and that they would not replace my mattress. He told me if i bought there goof proof plan they would clean it up and they wouldve probably replace it. so then i rebuttled and said if i removed the stain my self and called you back would you replace it then? He said no because its not a manufacturer default because the springs are bunching up in the middle and i had it on a box spring and not on a frame even though the sales rep said i wouldnt need one. So i felt hopless said alright and he was on his way. I was so infuriated and told my taekwon do students about my experiance they told me to email corporate and they would help me out. so i went on there web site and emailed them giving my complaint and i STILL HAVENT HEARD BACK FROM THEM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM BOBS SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND BUY FROM THE "BIG GUYS' BECAUSE THEY WILL BACK THEIR PRODUCT AND TREAT YOU WITH THE RESPECT EVERY CONSUMER DESERVES.

MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS I HAD THE BED FOR LESS THAN 6 MONTHS AND IT FAILED AND THEY GAVE ME EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO REPLACE IT.
