I made a reservation online, paid 700 dollars, then I had to cancel it and they only paid me 200!!
I cancelled it! They should give me my money back!!
I try calling but they put me on hold for hours!
They never pick up the phone!! NEEEVER!
:( I want my money back because I used my grandfather's credit card and he trusted me, I'm 14, and now they don't want to give the 700 dollars back..
