BookIt.com Book It Poor Customer service / bad business Internet

I had researched a vacation to Atlantis, Paradise Island in the Bahamas. I found a great deal and decided to complete the transaction. Prior to closing the deal, I did one last internet search and found book it . com. They had an additional 20 dollar savings and as it turned out, the other company was having server problems.

So I ASSUMED that it was the same deal for a little extra savings. Well after the CC info was completed, the fine print appeared and it had an additional 5 dollars per person per night for maid fee... Then 17.50 per person per night Energy fee...  This is payable to the hotel when checking in.

In all fairness, I was aware of this fee BS because the other website (cheap carribean com) add it in black and white before you completed the deal ( I still thought it was a little hokey, but at least it was included in the final payment)

SO, I thought I was getting a little savings $20 but in reality it cost about $180 dollars more than the other company because of deceptive practice....

I brought it to bookit customer service attention. They don't price match. I told them that I'm going to recommend the package to all my friends EXCEPT that they should use the other company, THEY DON'T CARE

ALSO, Dont buy the hotel transportation bus package, the taxis is half the price and include second person and reasonable luggage.

Stay at the Comfort Suites, Paradise Island - Get full use of Atlantis Resort for half the price! NICE ROOM and SERVICE TOO!
