Here goes my rant on Bosch products. I used to think these were the best dishwashers. Now I have issues with my almost $1000.00 dishwasher that is STILL UNDER WARRANTY. Its been over a month since I've been calling customer service and they can't get someone here to repair it. Their approved service person is 28 miles from my house (I Google mapped it) and he says its too far and refuses to come out here. I finally get a call today from Bosch saying all they will do is send me the part. THEY DON"T KNOW WHAT PART IS NEEDED since they've never checked the dishwasher and I've only told them it keeps shutting off. Guess what else they told me? I am responsible for the cost to replace whatever new part they are sending me and they also told me ONCE THAT IS INSTALLED THE DISHWASHER IS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY. NO MORE BOSCH FOR ME!!!!!
