I purchased an Electrolux Vacuum from Brandsmart USA in west Palm Beach Florida in Late July and now it is October and the vacuum has problems. These problems are noticeable ONLY when in use on carpet with the powerhead ON!

Took it in to be told I was a liar and the bag was "Full"

The moron "inspecting" the unit did not even know how to turn on the vacuum! I purchased a 1 year REPLACEMENT warranty that they would not offer!

COMPLETE RIP OFF.
