I bought a number of appliances from brandsmart and they promised to deliver every day by the sales man "DON HUNTER" BUT IN APPROX TWO AND ONE HALF TO THREE MONTH I HAD NOT RECEIVED MERCHANDISE. I CANCELLED ALL BUT THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL THE OVEN. I BELIEVE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CANCEL BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT DELIVER IN A TIMELY MANNER. I REMOVED THE HOME DEPOT DRAND BUT I HAD TO PAY A RESTOCK FEE OF APPROX. 175.00 DOLLARS. I BELIEVE BRANDSMART SHOULD PAY THE RESTOCKING FEE AND THE EXTRA FEE THE CONTRACTOR CHARGED TO SWITCH THESE ITEMS OUT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICY STINKS AND I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN. CUSTOMER NO SERVICE IS THE DEATH KILL.
