brandsmart usa sold me a generator that didnt work....brandsmart refused to exchange it for a working generator...brandsmarts return policy is once you put gas in it to start it they will not exchange it...(note: generators need gas to start it)the non working generator was reported to brandsmart usa 7 days after purchase on the first start up try...there is no 30 guarantee or 1 day guarantee at brandsmart usa on generators...brandsmart refered me to the factory warranty at the manufacturer (all power generators)who is dodging phone calls to repair or exchange the generator...all power manufacturer is in chino california and i will be contacting the governor of california...and i will be contacting the governor of florida about brandsmart usa...
