freezer brand frigi model ffu20fc4cw i buy extended warranty ,the freezer broke i lost a lot of food ,they come the first time to repair the technician say i canot do it i will send somebody else ,

after 4 days the second technician come an repairi the freezer he said now it will work nothing happen call again and he come again [tony 54] he say we need to exchange it , it will take 4 days eddie fernandes the manager will call you ,

one week pass nothing happen call again the costumer service say eddie fernandes will call you ,what happen NOTHING NOBODY CALL [WONDERFULL SERVICE] TODAY I CALL AGAIN THE SAME STORY EDDIE WILL CALL YOU ,WHAT CAN I SAY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I DONT KNOW HOW THEY TAKE CARE OF COSTUMERS THE ONLY THINGS THAT THEY KNOW ITS TOO SELL EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT DOESNT HELP YOU
