If you want a property management company to not take full advantage along with abusing your signature on that lease agreement... Please think again... This company IS NOT one to do business with.
FRAUD! You know that move-in, move-out checklist, we as renters fill out? Well when we moved out of our nightmare situation with Brewer Caldwell, we received two copies- one at time of move out and one in the mail from the office. The one in the mail from the office was quite different...In fact it said we had more damage than we did. oh yeah. thankfully we have plenty of before and after pics. COURT ANYONE?
