My 7yo wanted to purchase a lego toy for her soon to be 10 yo brother's birthday FROM HER OWN MONEY. We thought we got a good deal until, after making the purchase, my 12 yo smelled a rat and googled "bricktrainshop". When we went back to look at the item we saw: The title of the purchase made NO mention that it was an instruction manual. WE WERE DUPED. It was HIDDEN in the small print description of the item!
WE are chalking it up to a hard lesson learned and lined the pockets of a swindler with $12.00.
I guess there is no reason to call the company and ask for a refund based on the above reports.
THis is a big scam. Anyone defending this site must be profitting from it.

Bricktrainshop is a scam

After realizing we were dealing with an unscrupulous dealer, we tried to cancel our order (BEFORE the item had shipped). Of course, we got no reply and received a $12.00 instruction manual a few days later.
