I order the Lego Harry Potter Set 4766 Graveyard Duel set. The company only sent me the Instruction Manual - no legos at all. The website shows a picture of a Lego Box (the set) and the description says it has 548 pieces, etc. etc. I never received any order confirmation from the BrickTrainShop.com, but I did receive a confirmation from PayPal, CONFIRMING that I ordered the Lego Set, NOT the manual. Also, when I was going through the Checkout process, they allow the customer to choose the shipping methods and I chose a Domestic Flat Rate Box for $6.95 (because I thought I needed a box, obviously). THEY NEVER CHANGED THE SHIPPING to the Domestic 1st Class Envelope, yet they Shipped the item to me in the envelope anyway, without refunding me the difference. The difference was $1.89, so they not only make additional money from people choosing the wrong shipping and never refunding the difference, even though they do not use the chosen method of shipping, they also make money from people by FALSE ADVERTISING, FRAUD, AND MISREPRESENTATION.

NOTE: This company has hundreds of complaints on the internet for the same issue. If the company was legitimate, and cared about resolving this issue, they would have changed/updated their website properly. They never did, because they are making a lot of money this way!

Only 5 Complaints?

OWNER SAYS: "We have a total of 5 complaints counting this one not hundreds.  Each and every one of those 5 complaints is from somebody who was in the wrong category of the store and was expecting a 2 or 300.00 dollar lego set for pennies.  Most of these orders were placed by children."

Maybe my college degree is finally paying off. I can count more than 5 complaints and you seem to be having trouble making it past that last pinky.

Here's some help for you - see the attached JPG of complaints I found while searching the internet. Maybe you meant 5 a week?  These complaints don't appear to be made by children either, unless we live on Vulcan now.

Childish Responses With Lies and Name Calling? Very Professional...

"Liar Liar Pants On Fire"?  Apparently you quit school early. I'm sorry that you are having so much trouble understanding the issues that everyone is reporting, and I hope you can look at this problem again without regressing. I am also sorry to say that you did not respond to me at all, except to make fun of me for not realizing that this item was in a specific category.  Once again, when I searched the site for this item, your darn text is so dark and outdated, I didn't even notice there was a category showing at the top. Now that I have a problem with the order, the category is noticeable, only because I am looking for it. During my site search, it was not apparent. Maybe you need a new website design, or maybe, you need to update your product images. Did you bother to look at the image I attached? Why do some products show the actual product images (like stickers and other instruction manuals) but not this one?

The item was priced so low, I figured it was a "mom and pop" shop or some old folks that didn't inflate their prices, I didn't think it was a scam of course. Why not? Because I don't think like that. I don't think like a con artist.  I read that description time and time again.. 

LET ME REMIND YOU OF 1 VERY IMPORTANT THING - THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. If there is a problem with your website and so many people are having THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM then tell me, why do you NOT update the site? Is THAT why your company is doing so well? It's obvious by your response (again, with the childish name calling) that you do not know how to handle business professionally, and do not know how to handle situations of dissatisfaction or confusion with your customers. I've read that you call people names before, on other Customer Reviews. Perhaps you need an anger management class?

Obviously this issue is not going to get resolved, because the owner of the company is beyond stubborn and is uneducated. Let's just move on and let the owner throw his temper tantrums in peace.

Now, Now lets tell a little bit of truth.  You ordered the Instructions to the set, you thought you ordered the actual set but were in the wrong category of the store. 

You contacted us via paypal and we informed you that you need to send the order back to us and we would issue you a refund and that we would pay for the overcharges on the shipping.

You chose flat rate box shipping during checkout because you thought you had ordered the set.  The employees who packed the order did not see that method selected so you overpayed for shipping, we agreed with that.  We offered to refund the order.

We have a total of 5 complaints counting this one not hundreds.  Each and every one of those 5 complaints is from somebody who was in the wrong category of the store and was expecting a 2 or 300.00 dollar lego set for pennies.  Most of these orders were placed by children.

We do not need to make money from your mistake, with 3 stores (California, New York, and the UK) we are doing just fine, but thank you for your concern.
