I purchased what was advertised as Lego sets, described as factory overstocks received from Lego.  Their condition was described and assured that all the pieces were accounted for and their may be slight wear on the cartons due to storage, etc.  Additionally, they have “tube videos” on their site showing a child assembling each set and describing difficulty, packaging, parts included, assembled model, etc.  I also paid $16.40 for expedited shipping of the items through the USPS.  Additionally, there was supposed to be a “free gift” LEGO set with my order. 
 
When the order confirmation was emailed to me, I was suspect of a problem as the description was different than that indicated on their web page.  I immediately tried to contact customer service to reverse the order and received no response to phone calls and online contact attempts.
 
What I then received were three used instruction manuals only, shipped via USPS “media rate” for $3.99.  I immediately tried to contact the seller’s customer service again via email and phone and they did not respond.  I shipped back the material with a letter demanding a complete refund due to the false advertising.  A refund was never processed to my VISA to-date and numerous other emails and phone calls to their business have gone unanswered.
 
In doing some research, this appears to be a very common occurrence with this company, as similar complaints are all over the internet.  The local BBB also indicates 67 recent formal complaints made regarding the same fraudulent tactics.  I have also filed formal complaints with the BBB, the Internet Crime Complaint Center, USPS, Riverside County Sherriff, San Jacinto PD, Calif. State Atty General, various websites, VISA & LEGO Group USA.  Jump-in and put these turds in jail for larceny and mail fraud.  A victim from California needs to file charges in court.
