This sleazy company has totally taken advantage of my girlfriend by charging excessively for what was stated to be "full coverage". She totalled her car about a month ago, and they have treated her like a criminal - pressured phone calls, accusations of fraud, ....

As it turns out, she is underinsured and will cost her thousands to make up for the car she hit one snowy morning. This was 20 days ago, and she is going to have a nervous breakdown because she can't get anything out of this sleazeball company. She has no car, and still no check. Isn't there a law for timeliness of payout? She paid for insurance services -

Bristol West is doing everything they can possibly do to minimize and avoid paying her, and there is not a thing she can do. Never, ever go to this company!
